Users retain full ownership of their data. KeyDial CRM acts solely as a data processor.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance and updates may cause temporary downtime.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, and content are the intellectual property of KeyDial CRM. Unauthorized copying or resale is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or business interruption.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations or non-payment. Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
